Sales and Marketing Administrator

This position will be based in our Old Lyme, CT headquarters.
You will be responsible for assisting the President/CEO on various projects as well as manage several initiatives and ensure follow up. Responsibilities include: Track projects and open issues and assist President/CEO with staying informed of projects; Interface with employees across the company as well as customers; Conduct internet research as needed; Analyze industry market reports and summarize findings for President/CEO and conduct various analyses as requested; Produce ad-hoc reports as needed; Perform additional duties/special projects as assigned and you will provide administrative support as needed.
Essential Skills and Requirements:
- Ability to be task and goal oriented
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities
- Good analytical skills
- Strong PC Skills – MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint; (Lotus Notes preferred)
- Highly motivated to learn new things
- Self Starter
- Ability to take direction
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
Education/Requirements:
- Associates degree preferred with three (3) years related work experience;
High School diploma with a minimum of five (5) years experience in a sales or customer service/related administrative role working with an executive.
- 3-5 years experience in a sales or customer service or related administrative role working in a corporate environment
